Tea With Taylor No.8 | Mother’s Day

First off, happy Sunday everyone and happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there! My mother is by far the greatest mom ever, she is beautiful, strong, selfless, smart, taught me so many life lessons, raised a wonderful family, is an incredible wife, is so talented in writing, and has the most crazy knowledge of Disney! She is my best friend, role model, inspiration, and so much more. I cannot stress enough how incredible my mom is and how much I love and appreciate her and everything she does. If I am even half the women she is when I get older I will consider myself lucky, for she is by far the greatest woman in the world. One day is honestly not even enough to celebrate all the things my mother has done for my family and I, she deserves to be celebrated every single day and I hope I am able to show her how much I am grateful for her even on an average day. I love you so much mom and I hope you enjoy the beautiful day we have planned to celebrate you (and I hope you enjoy all the gifts we picked out for you!) Happy Mother’s day, mom!

Now you may notice it’s Sunday and I usually post a “Tea With Taylor” on Tuesday, well as of this week I am changing it up a bit and moving “TWT” to Sundays! This gives me the opportunity to try to get two articles up for you during the week (Tuesday and Friday) and still have a fun little chatty “TWT” (which will be on Sunday)! I hope you enjoy the new little changes added to “Sincerely, Taylor”!

I am currently…

Watching: as many of my mom’s favorite Disney movies as possible this weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day! It’s cold and rainy here in Michigan so we are snuggled down and taking advantage of this dreary weather by watching a lot of Disney movies!!!

Reading: a wonderful Disney blog called “Faith, Family, and Fairytales”. This blog includes beautifully written articles on everything Disney, including trip planning and even how to keep the Disney magic alive at home! Who writes this magical blog you may ask? Oh my fabulous mother, of course! My mom has taken her incredible and inspiring talent of writing and love for Disney and created her own blog (which is how I got inspired to start my own!)! If you are planning a trip to Disney, looking to add a little magic into your everyday life, or simply want an enjoyable blog to read, then head over to “Faith, Family, and Fairytales” now and enjoy yourself!

Dancing: to the “Reputation Tour” setlist. Ok I know I said in the last “Tea With Taylor” I would try to dance to something other than Taylor Swift BUUUUUT her new tour started and I have to prepare myself for my concert in August, so I have been non-stop listening to the AWESOME tour setlist! TSwift has included tons of her new songs, of course, but she also added songs like “Should’ve Said No” from her first album and “Long Live”, a fan favorite! I honestly can’t wait for to see her live in August and this setlist is making me even more hyped!!!!

Wishing: for some cute new shoes! I have been drooling over Sam Edelman’s “Felicia” ballet flat in both the “Classic Nude Leather” and “Dusty Rose Suede”! I do need a pair of versatile flats so maybe one of these will beauties will be making its way to my wardrobe soon? I also am wishing for these Taryn Rose “Fayth Slides” in “Tea Rose Suede” or these Tory Burch “Poppy Logo” espadrilles in pink, but sadly the slides are sold out of my size and the espadrilles are a little over my current budget, but a girl can still dream!

Loving: the Diorskin “Forever Perfect Foundation”! The coverage, texture, shade, and finish of this foundation is absolutely magnificent! I honestly have never been so happy or in love with a makeup product before! It applies evenly and gives my face a lovely matte finish which last all day long. Read Friday’s article here for a full review of this wonderful product!

Remember to treat your mom to something extra today, whether it’s a Disney movie marathon or simply telling her how much you love her! I hope you all have a lovely Mother’s Day and enjoy the rest of your week!!!
