Over the past few years, Fall has slowly become my favorite season. As much as I adore Summer time with it’s warm weather and sunshine, I always find myself longing for those cooler nights when I can snuggle up in a blanket with a warm cup of tea in my hand and watch ‘FRIENDS’ reruns. A grey chilly day with a hint of rain brings me an abundance of inspiration giving me the motivation to do the creative things I enjoy so much, such as writing and photography. Also with the return of colder days I am finally able to wear my favorite pieces once again, such as sweaters, booties, and giant scarves! Fall fashion is honestly my favorite of all the seasons with classic colors, such as black and navy, always being the main focus points and gorgeous jewel tones to add pops of color. Soft fabrics are always a must, plus this season as an added bonus, metallic and velvet materials have found their way into designers collections, making this season’s fashion even more lovely. Fall has so many beautiful parts it’s hard to choose a favorite but here are a few which I absolutely love and adore.
Fuzzy socks which keep your toes warm
Endless cups of warm tea
Giant scarves protecting you from the chilly breeze
Candles scented with cozy scents, such as cinnamon, pumpkin, and vanilla
Reading (or watching) Harry Potter on a rainy day
Sweaters, sweaters, and more sweaters!
Listening to Taylor Swift “RED” while driving
The colorful Autumn leaves falling
It’s acceptable to listen to Christmas music
Wrapping up in a snuggly blanket with a good book
Thinking of each of these things gets me so excited for the season which is upon us! I adore the Fall time and am so happy it has finally arrived! I can’t wait for the moments filled with pumpkins, tea, Harry Potter marathons, and snuggling in cozy clothes while trying to keep warm. How about you? What do you love about the lovely Fall season? Are you all about pumpkin spice everything or do you love watching Hocus Pocus on repeat? Do you go all out for Halloween or are you already preparing for Christmas (like me ooops)?
